Grand Outing - December 2, 2006

Part 1

Ithaca's Common Council has authorized a one-year suspension of the leash law at the Festival Lands adjacent to Treman Marina. On December 2, 2006, dozens of us gathered to celebrate the hard-won victory. Thank you, Mayor Peterson and members of the Ithaca Common Council!

Ken Zeserson's band welcomed the long-time sinners with "When the Dogs Come Marching In."
