Comments Respondent #001 (AD): We are fortunate in Morris County, NJ to have numerous animal welfare groups such as The Seeing Eye, St. Hubert's, Mt. Pleasant and the Morris Area Dog Owners' Group as well as several off-leash areas. While there is always room for improvement, the community is quite dog friendly.
